High Density Natural Rubber Foam Sheet for Vacuum Pads
Different from ordinary EVA foam and PU foam, NR rubber foam maintains soft and fitting performance under long-term repeated compression, greatly improving the stability and service life of vacuum suction equipment. It is the most mainstream and ideal adsorption sponge material for automated vacuum suction cups in industrial handling, packaging, printing, glass, panel and electronic industries.
This vacuum suction sponge is pure NR natural rubber foam with bright orange customized color. The interior adopts a fully open-cell interconnected porous structure, which ensures uniform air penetration throughout the material. The foam density is highly controlled, avoiding the problems of insufficient suction caused by too loose foam and poor air permeability caused by too dense foam. Each sheet is produced with stable foam thickness, consistent pore size and smooth surface without particle falling, no powder dropping and no deformation. The material has good rubber toughness, not easy to crack or break during cutting, punching and trimming processing.

Working Principle for Vacuum Suction
When the vacuum equipment works, the open-cell structure of the orange NR foam sponge quickly discharges internal air to form negative pressure adsorption. The soft rubber surface can closely fit the surface of the grabbed workpiece, fill tiny gaps, and realize uniform and stable vacuum holding. The sponge buffers the rigid contact between the metal suction cup and the workpiece surface, effectively preventing workpiece scratching, indentation and damage, while improving the fitting tightness and adsorption success rate.
